All life is intimately connected with each other, and all life is affected by this fact.  What happens to one happens to all.  We are awakening to the fact that we are all ONE.  

The earth is shifting, changing and ascending, and along with it, so is all of humanity.  We always have, and we always will.  We cannot avoid this fact.  Because we are coming to the end of a huge cycle of time, the effects we are feeling, regarding the shifting, has been greatly amplified and is happening at multiplying rate of speed.  It is a wild ride that some float through fairly easy, while others are deeply physically and emotionally affected by the shifts of energy in the collective consciousness. 

Because of this unavoidable fact, we created this FACEBOOK Ascension Symptoms Support Group to be a global support system for people that are sensitive, empathic, compassionate, psychic, clairvoyant, clairsentient, clairaudient, and simply open hearted.  

If you fit that description, we encourage you to join us.  

This is not a group for conspiracy theorists, earth change fear mongers, or ones that would prefer to feed these kinds fears.  This is not a group for one who like to play being small, helpless of playing the role of the victim.

This group’s intent is to defeat the fear that is triggered by the symptoms which sensitive ones might feel regarding ascension, evolution, and the ever changing Earth, and replace them with support, community, love, and harmony. We are not victims! We are awakening, evolving and ascending. This is a group for Warriors of the LIGHT, Warriors for a new world.

The more we become ONE with all life, we will discover that we can not heal a mere individual one at a time, it will be vital that we heal the whole to cure the individual.

Things that trigger ascension symptoms are as varied and diverse as life itself.  There are natural occurring events in nature that happen on Earth that undeniably affect everyone on it, whether they recognize it or not.  These events include earthquakes, volcanoes, tsunamis, strong weather patterns, floods, solar flares, eclipses, full moons, asteroids, etc…. 

There are also unnatural occurring events and disasters like, airline crashes, train crashes, terrorist attacks, etc….  Events that really impact sensitive ones are when there is a sudden and huge loss of life, or displacement.   Examples of this would be the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the Asian tsunami in 2004, hurricane Katrina, and the very recent earthquake in .  

Since the earthquake in Haiti , many have been feeling intense hunger, digestive issues, an overwhelming sense of feeling trapped, and pressure in the chest. Have you been feeling this? .  All of these shifts and changes are part of the natural process of evolution and ascension. 

This can cause sensitive ones a great deal of wide ranging and sometimes very scary, un-diagnosable symptoms.  Physically, we can feel exhausted, anxious, nauseous, dizzy, fuzzyheaded, headaches and experience insomnia.  We can have tightness in the chest, an empathic heart ache, a feeling of suffocating and/or a feeling of being trapped.  We can have wild migrating pains all throughout the body, wild pangs of hunger or not wanting to eat it all. Emotionally, we might feel that something is missing in our life or lose interest in the many things life in this dimension has to offer.

 We can suffer a lack of ambition and are plagued with procrastination.  We might have the urgency to run, move, escape, quit our jobs, and leave our relationships. We are obsessed to find paradise, sanctuary, nirvana, shambala, etc…  

Many can feel pulses of energy building, but do not know what this means.  Because we don’t know what this means, we take it personally.  When we take it personally, we quit talking to each other, because we are embarrassed of our strange symptoms.

We feel somehow that we are a failure for feeling these things.  We might feel that we are not spiritual enough or advanced enough. Many times we have been called hypochondriacs.  Because of this, we isolate ourselves, and we become hermits.  

This is not how we honor the gift God gave us.   Being a sensitive one is a divine gift.  If we want to honor this gift that was given to us, then we must be compelled to develop it, and use it for the greater good.  We believe that the Creator of ALL that is, God, or whatever higher power you believe in, feels absolutely everything.  The further we wake up, the more we will feel.  

We are hoping that this group will help you realize that your sensitivities are a gift, and not a curse.     We are hoping that with your participation in this group, WE, the Earth’s sensitives, will be able to step back, and begin to realize that we are all feeling similar things.  

When we realize this, we can quit taking it personally.  This will help us all physically and emotionally to detach so we can survive and have the energy to fulfill our destiny.  We hope that this group will also reveal a clear picture of what our symptoms might be telling us. 

I hope with time that we also might gain inspiration for ways to work with these energies, rather than brace ourselves against the ever-growing, heightened energy. As a group, we can learn to divert, redirect and diminish the miss-qualified creative energies, avert natural and un-natural catastrophes and recycle the energy to create a bright new world.

Eating Fruits.

We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It’s not as easy as you think. It’s important to know how and when to eat.

What is the correct way of eating fruits?
�
IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! * FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.
�
If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.
�
FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD. Let’s say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so..
�
In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil….

So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals! You have heard people complaining — every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc — actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!

Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes all these will NOT happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.

There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

When you need to drink fruit juice – drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don’t even drink juice that has been heated up.. Don’t eat cooked fruits because you don’t get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.

But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!

KIWI: Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. Its vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.

Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer! Can u believe this?? For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this ’sludge’ reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks HEART ATTACK PROCEDURE’: (THIS IS NOT A JOKE!) Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line. You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. Sixty percent of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let’s be careful and be aware. The more we know the better chance we could survive.

CLIMATOLOGISTS were downplaying the uncertainty of the long-term computer models used to predict climate change, a leading sceptic said yesterday, as repercussions spread from the mistaken IPCC claim that the Himalayan glaciers would melt by 2035.

Climate change sceptic William Kininmonth, a former director of the Bureau of Meteorology’s National Climate Centre, questioned the reliability of long-term predictions, given that the limit of accurate forecasts was about 10 days.
“The whole issue about the global warming scenario is that the uncertainty of computer modelling is being downplayed,” he said.

“People are saying `we know there are certain aspects of physics the system will respond to and that’s what we’ll go with’, and not recognising the feedback process from weather systems that we just can’t control.”

Mr Kininmonth said the lead author of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s 2007 report, Michael Oppenheimer, who was questioned about the glacier mistake on ABC TV’s 7.30 Report on Thursday, was hiding behind the excuse that there was a “fundamental uncertainty” in climate projections.

Mr Kininmonth said: “Twenty years ago, at an early climate change convention, he was strongly supportive of anthropogenic global warming”, based on modelling and forecasts made with crude computer systems that lacked data about ocean circulation.

For Professor Oppenheimer now to cite uncertainty to defend mistakes in the IPCC report on glaciers was “disingenuous”, Mr Kininmonth said.

The flawed glacier claim found its way into a 2008 report by Australian government adviser Ross Garnaut.
UN Framework Convention on Climate Change executive Yvo de Boer has been forced to defend UN climate adviser Rajendra Pachauri against calls that he should resign.

Dr Pachauri said calls for his resignation had come from fossil fuel companies. “This is an organised block of vested interests,” he said.

Mr Kininmonth said the current El Nino weather system was a case in point on uncertainty.

“If we can’t predict short-term or seasonally, or the extent of an El Nino, how can we make predictions about what might happen 20, 30 or 100 years hence?” he said.

“The best computer models are predictive for six to eight days — that’s the limit of our weather forecasting ability.”
NCC climatologist and El Nino specialist Grant Beard said short-range and long-range forecasting were “two different problems” and uncertainty was a given beyond the short term.

“You need to know very precisely the conditions of the atmosphere and ocean . . . but eventually you depart from reality after about 10 days,” he said.

“A forecast for 30 or 40 years in the future is not a forecast . . . we’re just trying to get a gross measure of the global atmosphere and surface.”

THE recent climate science scandals have been revealing. For those of us who have had the experience of environmentalists accusing us of being “deniers” and “doubters of The Science”, as if science is a gospel truth that you question or ignore at your peril, they have also been enjoyable.

Take the revelations that academics at the Climate Research Unit at the University of East Anglia bent over backwards to keep “deniers” out of respected journals, and tried desperately to wriggle out of Freedom of Information demands on their work, or the expose of the bizarre story of the Himalayan glaciers melting by the year 2035, which turned out to be the flighty speculation of a single scientist.

The scandals have revealed that leading lights in the climate change story sought to suppress debate and demonise their opponents, and allowed their moral conviction about humanity’s hubris bringing about the end of the world to sprint ahead of the “scientific facts”.

The scandals reveal that many climate change alarmists are intolerant and censorious. Rajendra Pachauri, the head of the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, has attacked the sceptics who are asking entirely rational questions about some of the IPCC’s claims, accusing them of indulging in “skulduggery of the worst kind”.

Behaving more like a secular Vatican than a genuinely enlightened, open-minded, inquisitive gathering of investigative scientists, the IPCC’s overlords treat dissent as something disgusting.

Of course it is a serious problem when wrong or skewed or speculative science is promoted as “the truth” to the public. And what the recent climate-science scandals reveal is that such dodgy science becomes more likely as science is politicised and used to motor social policy and social-control initiatives.

The elite flattering of scientists as oracles of wisdom whose work can help both to illuminate and possibly offset what is allegedly the worst crisis mankind has ever faced – global warming – must inevitably pollute and distort the scientific process.

Some now claim, disingenuously, that the melting glacier thing was just one little claim in the IPCC’s 3000-page report. This slyly overlooks how that one little claim became one of the most widely cited pieces of climate-change evidence among both green-leaning journalists and world leaders.

Why did that happen? Not because it was scientifically airtight – it was no such thing – but because it chimed perfectly with the ridiculous biblical prophecies of a future doom brought about by mankind’s sinful behaviour that underpin green thinking today. The glacier claim suggested that millions of people in Asia would run out of water and die of thirst or spread around the world like crazy, politically destabilising environmental refugees.

The various climategate scandals suggest that the most alarming-sounding science tends to get bigged up, and that peer review has become an increasingly politicised, back-patting exercise where science that is “politically right” gets elevated over science that is “politically wrong”.

But it is not enough to pick apart the bad science of the politics of environmentalism, and to call for the IPCC either to apologise for that bad science or to expunge it in the interests of putting its documents once more “beyond criticism”.

The bigger, more profound problem is the elevation of science itself to such a sacred, esteemed position in politics, society and international debate. In many ways it doesn’t matter if that science is airtight or flimsy, its sanctification is deeply problematic either way.

Fundamentally, the IPCC is a scientific crutch for elites that are bereft of political vision and stunningly lacking in an inspiring or human-based morality. Science has become one of the only sources of authority for politically exhausted and morally bankrupt governments and institutions.

The politicians and green activists desperately calling for the IPCC to get its house in order, to get rid of the crap science and only keep the allegedly good stuff, know which side their bread is buttered. They know that the IPCC is the emperor’s last shred of clothing, providing otherwise denuded rulers and campaigners with a form of unquestionable authority for their backward, killjoy, misanthropic agendas.

They are really demanding the preservation of the IPCC by any means necessary because they value the way it provides them with a God-like authority for Orwellian action at a time when serious democratic debate is notable by its absence. And perhaps we should call for the abolition of the IPCC, not because some of its science is daft, but for precisely those same reasons.

This film is visually sensational, extremely beautiful, and carries layers of messages that are inspiring and heartstirring.  “Avatar” is a spiritual analogy – a teaching story that reminds us of who we really are, our authentic nature, and the joy, beauty and harmony of life when living that reality.

We also are entranced by the spontaneity, freedom, and peace that it brings. It shows the wholeness underlying all
of existence, which is the wellspring, source, and intelligence of all things. Which is how we feel connected with all beings; we know them on a feeling level, from the inside out, whether human, animal or plant with no boundaries in space or time. The presence of the pure-soul seeds of the tree indicate the voice of our intuition which is the wisdom from within our heart and also the signs that are given us from the omnipresent intelligence of the whole.

Within this existence, death is experienced as the inhalation /absorption into the wholeness, named in the movie “Eywa”, and life; as the exhalation from that source back into existence as form. This is portrayed in the movie when the scientist is undergoing spiritual therapy from the “shaman” in the hope to recover her physical life.

Love is experienced as the recognition of the true self of the other, regardless of the physical form. Not, I love you – but “I see you”. This can occur between any species, as all come from the one source, and of the same essence.

Many people have felt “unbearably drawn” to this reality.

Whether consciously relating to it at the deepest spiritual level, or simply as a feeling to reconnect with nature, and the desire that we all have, to live in harmony and peace. 

It also depicts our mentally conditioned ego-bound nature ruled by the intellect and its thoughts, where we are all separate disconnected individuals. This is human existence bound by the chase of desires (unobtainium – the endless nature of pursuing desires – no matter how much we have, there will always be something else that we think we need to be happy).

This is self-serving consciousness; competition and aggression ruled by greed and fear. All about me and what I want without consideration for the whole. (Well-being of others / all life).

Here is the conditioning of the past, which can limit our awareness, and build further walls of separation; low self-worth, pride, pain and physical, mental and emotional disability. It can also provide qualities that can be used by our higher consciousness in serving the whole. This is shown with Jake Sully’s (the hero) background as a marine, providing the courage and leadership to serve the people and life of Pandora – the parallel of our higher  consciousness.

He had also experienced the loss of his twin brother, and the use of his legs, and so had become less egoistic and was open to new ways and possibilities.

Did you notice that the human avatars still had their layers of human clothing on, except for Jake, who was required to release them on his initiation as a Pandoran? These represent the veils, masks and costumes of assumed identities that we have to let go of as we traverse the journey back to Self. Finally, we are completely naked and transparent as our authentic self, with nothing to hide.

In the movie, we go to sleep as our old human ego self, and awaken as our higher true nature (Avatar). In the end we are eternally awake, never to return to the old world.

Although our current existence may correspond with the ego bound earth world of the humans, it is possible to make the transition to living as “a Pandoran”. Such as letting go of our old concepts and learning new ways – living in wholeness and spontaneity, integrity and truth. In order to fulfil this aspiration we must train our attention to be always absolutely present and thus live by the voice of our heart in connection with the whole. Living in absolute
awareness and surrender to that voice, without preferences or attachments, in simplicity and contentment are keys to this transformation.

Equanimity and compassion are expressions of this evolution in consciousness, and, as portrayed at the end of the movie, our “human egoself “ is not erased or eradicated, but integrated and embraced by our wholeness so that we
finally arrive at a point where there is not two – our ego self and higher self, which is what we experience on the path to this liberation, but only one – the old self completely absorbed into our Avatar (True) self.

On another level, (and this is an outer reflection of the inner, above level), this film clearly shows the old consciousness – way of living, that has been in control here for some long time, and the resulting death and destruction for the planet and all on it, as we are currently seeing in our news and current affairs. This is contrasted by the new spiritual consciousness that is coming in at this time as illustrated by the Pandoran way of life. However, in the story, the old consciousness pushed it to the bitter end before being overcome by the new consciousness
that had been amassing in ever growing numbers across the planet.

To live this way – not literally – but according to the spiritual truth and laws shown, is why we are here at this time!

Can’t you feel that! And who knows how the picture of our physical existence may change as the old consciousness and ways of living become obsolete! The change has to happen within, in order for it to occur externally.

Princess Neytiri plays the part of the spiritual mentor and teacher that is needed to make this transition, which could also be the voice of our inner self. However, the presence of someone like this is very helpful and perhaps necessary.

Who else is going to show us how to tame the wild beasts of our fears, train us in our skills of attention and presence and know the obstacles that may lurk around the corner? Who will guide us through the stages of transformation and assist our final integration as an entire authentic expression of the Truth that is the source of our being and world.

“Avatar” is so appropriate for the current time and although the concept was birthed over ten years ago, they had to wait until the technology became available to give it the expression they envisaged. Such is the synchronicity and perfection of the underlying intelligence of the whole! If you haven’t seen it, do go and see it!

The following article was written by numerologist John Bright and published in the February edition of the Connect Magazine

Numerologically speaking the year 2010 has some interesting aspects
 
Made up of 20 + 10 = 30 or 2+1 =3, it can be said that the year vibrates to sensitivity, expression and creativity which is the 3 vibration but it is also enhanced or divinely guided by the addition of the zero (0) making the 30 vibration.
 
The other vibrations the 1 and the 2 are also enhanced or guided divinely by the addition of the zero (0) making the 20 and the 10.
 
You then see that the highly refined 3 vibration of sensitivity, expression and creativity is also working through and with the 10 vibration which is an indicator of new starts, new ideas, independence and has also some good karmic freeing abilities.  It is also working with the 20 vibration of peace, harmony and partnerships.
 
So what does this mean?
 
For some it will mean they will be looking at their relationships or partnerships and weighing up as to whether or not there is harmony there and if there is not what can be done to fix up the balance.  Perhaps the 10 vibration then comes into play with its new broom approach of new ideas a new paradigm a new outlook of what was dreamed of before but never thought possible .  This can only come through the divinely activated feelings of  what has been suppressed what you have been aching for what is possible for you now in this energy of 2010.
 
Questions such as;
Am I happy?
Is this what I want to do with my life?
What do I want to do with my life?
Am I achieving oneness in my present state of being?
 
The answers to these questions then will necessitate action through the power of the 30 which is also creativity.
 
Will you make the necessary changes according to your current energetically inspired feelings or will you sit back and let this energy go to waste and become more bound in the old energy of your programming.
 
The energy coming through or light being generated as we come closer to the Proton Belt is demanding that you vibrate at a higher rate.  This cannot be done unless you clear your old stuck emotions or energy that no longer serves you.
 
The energy of 2010 will assist you to do this by bringing  circumstances into your life whereby it will trigger the release of these emotions and energies leaving you clearer and more purified to accept the higher vibration of the Light from the Proton Belt.
 
Those who choose to unconsciously or consciously stay with their own programming will feel the push to cleanse and purify and hopefully will seek guidance from their higher selves in what ever form that may come for them.
 
Having said all that, there is also the energy of the Months of 2010 from January to December.
 
While the monthly energy is not as strong as the yearly energy it can point to the direction you can take when you choose to do your self work.
 

Let’s examine the individual months of 2010 from a numerological perspective

January = 1 + 2010 = 4
The 4 vibration is about building and processing and when combined with the yearly energy one could say that the work you have to do is processing the feelings and emotions that are presenting themselves to you.  It also can be seen as 13/4 the number of self transformation.  Start this work in January.
 
February = 2 + 2010 = 5
The 5 vibration is about freedom and discipline it also brings in changes.  Can you see how this will happen if you do the work in January expect changes in February.  Not only physical changes but changes to the way you think, old belief systems may fall away, what will this bring to you,  remember anything and everything is possible.
 
March = 3 + 2010 = 6 also 33/6
The vibration of 6 is about ideals and perfection.  Do you see everything as perfect the way it is or do you have an expectation of what perfect is.  The changes in the previous month will bring to your notice your expectations especially in regard to your home and family and relationships.  More changes in thee area can be expected.  All is part of the divine plan unfolding as the earth rushes to 2012.
 
April = 4 + 2010 = 7
The vibration of 7 is mystical and spiritual it makes you think and look for answers.  What answers will you be receiving.  Are you giving your self these answers are you listening to your answers?
 
May = 5 + 2010 = 8
The vibration of 8 is about power and abundance it is also about karma this may be the month you receive blessings if you have sown correctly or done your work.
 
June = 6 + 2010 = 9
The vibration of 9 is about completions and endings. This month will be asking you to take stock of what you have achieved.  Have you fully taken advantage of the energies of 2010.
 
July = 7 + 2010 = 10
This vibration is extremely lucky take your chances in this month it is also a second chance to start anew with the energies of 2010 if you have missed the boat in January as the energies for the month repeat themselves.
 
August 8 + 2010 + 11/2
This vibration brings in spiritual light and opportunity for those who started their work in January can you see how the vibrations are increasing in strength as the year marches on.
 
September = 9 =2010 = 12/3
This vibration is also representative of 2010 the power of the Trinity Mind Body Spirit.  Time for the perfect alignment of Mind Body and Spirit have you cleared yourself, have you done the work.  Purification is at hand.
 
October = 10 + 2010 = 13/4
This vibration is a powerful one and its telling you that the time for transformation is here you have already transformed and will start reaping the benefits of a purified body and mind.
 
November = 11 + 2010 = 14/5
This vibration is about freedom brought about by the processing of the self.  Enjoy!!!
 
December = 12 + 2010 = 15/6
This vibration represents self love in a very high and purified way.  When you love yourself truly and unconditionally you also love everyone else and the oneness is thus achieved.
 
The 1 and the 5 represent freedom from the old ego self which is transformed and integrated with the higher self now serving instead of trying to be master.
