It is rare that there are archeological discoveries that truly rewrite
history, but I think the 11,000 years old one in Göbekli Tepe does:

It also seems as if this discovery in the nick of time sheds some extra light on the Conscious Convergence that may help to put this coming event in perspective.
For all those that have read The Purposeful Universe and seen how the Golden Ratio is generated by the Tree of Life it should also be clear that what we see here is the world’s oldest known man-made representation of the Golden Ratio.
From the broader perspective of the Mayan calendar this may seem like a curiosity, but it also adds to a picture that makes sense any way you slice it.
